Qualification/Degree:
BS in Building Engineering -equivalent to Architectural Engineering- (98/99) from King Faisal University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Employment / Professional Expertise:
Freelance Consultant
Working as Private Consultant for Al Resalah Medical Center for the design and Construction of the new multi-story polyclinic center. Primarily responsible for the coordination between the Client, designer, government authorities, suppliers, etc. I also designed and modified many parts of the project to the satisfaction of the Client. I applied and followed up with all the required government permits to start the construction.
Cebarco-WCT
Working with the main contractor as a Building Manager in a team of four managers, I was responsible for the management and construction of several buildings in the project in the Formula One (Bahrain International Circuit) Project. These include the Medical Center, the Media Center, the Main Gate, the Power Plant, Worker Lodging, the Workshop, and the Underground Tank. I also assisted the managers for the VIP Tower and the Main Grand Stand. My responsibilities included scheduling activities, coordination between the Consultant (Telke) and government authorities; checking and applying revised drawings on a daily basis, making sure the revisions are within the budget otherwise reporting a variation order, coordination between my site engineers and reporting to Project Director.
Master Construction
Working as a Project Manager, I was responsible for the construction of several projects including several multi story buildings such as Magnolia Tower in Juffair (opposite the Bahrain Society of Engineers) and the Relax Inn Hotel in Exhibition Road among others. Additionally I was in charge of building several prestige villas in Jasra and Riffa. I also looked after several long-term projects in Banoco (before merging with Bapco).
Delmon Academy
Teaching AutoCAD in 5 levels course from Basic to Advanced, 2D and 3D. The course program is prepared by me and designed to be a hands-on training with focus on ease of learning.

Working in Rush Projects Department as a CAD Operator using MicroStation, on several big profile projects including Hadeed's -a SABIC company- new headquarters in Jubail.

Working as a Junior Site Engineer with the consultant in the new headquarters for the Department of Survey in Um Al Hasam. Responsibilities included: daily site supervision, work inspection and reporting to Senior Site Engineer.
